The aim of our CSCS Site Dumper course is to equip learners with the skills, knowledge & understanding to safely operate a Site Dumper.
Who Should Attend?
Those employees who operate a Site Dumper as part of their normal work duties or those who are responsible or in control of those who operate a Site Dumper.
Course Pre-Requisites:
Learners must have an up to date Safe Pass Card & their own PPE (e.g. Safety Footwear etc).
Training Methods:
Classroom based PowerPoint Presentation.
Learners will gain some practical experience operating a Site Dumper with our highly experienced instructor.
Additional Information:
Maximum of 4 learners.
1 or 3 Days (See above).
Course Content:
- Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005.
- Employers & Employees legal duties under current Health & Safety Legislation.
- Safe Use of a Site Dumper
- Pre-use inspection of equipment.
- Site Safety.
- Traffic Management.
Course Objectives:
On completion of this course the learners will be:
- Aware of the current Health & Safety Legislation as it applies to safe operation of a Site Dumper.
- Able to operate a Site Dumper safely.
Certification:
SOLAS CSCS Card & QQI certification will be awarded to those who successfully complete & pass the course.
